DESCRIPTION:The Great South Run may not be going ahead on the 18th October\, but the organisers have launched the GreatSouthRunSolo  \nIt’s a virtual running challenge to help you stay motivated\, continue to fundraise for charity\, and to put those training miles to use  \nStarting on the 1st September\, the challenge is to complete 25 runs (or more) over 48 days.
