DESCRIPTION:A virtual quiz in aid of The Wight Brainy Bunch is being run by Tracy and Pete (who usually hold the quizzes at Newclose). If you would like to take part please email: Tracy71pete57@hotmail.co.uk by 12th May and questions will be sent out Friday 14th May. The quiz is just for fun and the answers will be supplied so you can check your own scores. In return for receiving the quiz they ask that each person who participates sends a minimum donation of £2.50 by cheque to ‘The Wight Brainy Bunch’ or donations can be made online: https://www.thewightbrainybunch.org.uk/donate/ \n(simply state ‘Tracy and Pete quiz’ in the donation message field). SUMMARY:Bricky's Brainy Bunch Duck Race!
DESCRIPTION:Bricky’s Brainy Bunch Duck Race is the first of Gareth Bricknell’s fundraising events for his London Marathon place on the 3rd October.\n\n“I am running the London Marathon in October for this wonderful charity that provides invaluable support to island families affected by brain tumours. During the pandemic\, the charity have lost out on many fundraising opportunities so I want to raise as much money as possible for them and also create some fun events for all of my family and friends along the way”\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBricky’s Brainy Bunch Duck Race is taking place on Monday 5th April (Easter Monday). It will be filmed and shared on Facebook. There will be cash prizes for 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd and last place.\n\nPrize money will be 50% and 50% will go to The Wight Brainy Bunch. If all 75 ducks are sold\, the prizes will be:\n 1st place – £100\,  2nd place – £40\,  3rd place – £25 and  last place – £22.50 \n\n\n\nPlease send your money via pal pal to bricknell1987@gmail.com by 6pm on Sunday 4th April.\n\n\n\nGood luck
