Friendly Frolic 2023

The Friendly Frolic is a low pressure, fun and sociable running event, which is this year in aid of The Wight Brainy Bunch – There will also be a donation to the Bargemans Rest, who are fundraising to be able to have a defibrillator installed at the pub.
You choose how many of the predefined loops you wish to run – so go and do a short run with friends and enjoy a coffee (or something stronger) or spend all day pounding out the miles .. its up to you!
Register at the Bargemans Rest at 9:15 to register, to start running at 10am.
There is no fee to enter, but you are asked to make a charity donation.
