“Blue Light, Black Tie” Charity Ball – 3rd September 2016

On Saturday we welcomed 140 people to our Black Tie Ball, raising an incredible £3913.40

Our guests enjoyed a champagne reception to the sounds of the NHS Nightingales Choir, followed by a two course meal to the acoustic sounds of Claydon Connor and then danced the night away with live music from two amazing Island Bands …. “Switch” and “The Mix”.

With table magic from Aaron Isted, Photography from Stewart Gibbs, Sweet Treats from Frostbite Bakery and Balloon Charity raffle packed full of wonderful prizes, including our star prize giveaway of a holiday for two!

In aid of  Smile4Wessex (The Wessex Neurological Centre) who provide acute and specialist care to a population of approximately 3 million people from the Isle of Wight and across the South Coast, not only for brain tumours but conditions such as stroke, brain haemorrhage, motor neurone disease and dementia: The Brain Tumour Charity, to fund much needed research, aid early diagnosis and improve care and quality of life for all those living with a brain tumour: Fire-fighters Charity who rely hugely on donations to run their three centres in Devon, Cumbria and West Sussex, where they offer rehabilitation, recuperation and support to both serving and retired fire fighters and their families in times of need.
